Increase the Penalty for NOT STOPPING after an Accident on the Highway by Driver

There are far too many Drivers these days who HIT and RUN, at this time the Penalty is far too Low and needs a Large increase, many are Killed and it is Gutless Not to stop, I know some of these may have a reason like No Insurance or wanted by the Police, they are Cowards when the persons are dying

Additional Information

In the Media there are cases every week now, this needs Controlling with adverts detailing the Penalty increase, it is a shame where things are going these days making life Cheap.
