Make Greater Anglia refund customers for their poor service this year
Greater Anglia are the worst run train company in the UK. They are constantly delayed and have issues every day.
They are one of the most expensive and do not provide any sort of service.
To add they refuse to refund customers for late running unless it’s over 30 minutes.
They ruin livelihoods.
Check their twitter page ...
They receive over 100,000 complaints a month via twitter.
Various statistics will prove their terrible services.

This is an operation decision for Greater Anglia, not for the Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to amend the franchise agreement to require refunds to passengers if a train is delayed by 15 minutes or more, if that's what you want to happen.
