Reform the arrest procedures of an under 18
I’m a politics student campaignaing against the unjust difference in arrest procedure for those under 18 and those over 18.
Under 18’s simply have to look suspicious to be reprimanded however those over 18 have to be caught red handed or have sufficient evidence against them.
The inequalities on arrest criteria can lead to issues at home and School due to unnecessary arrests.
