ban fireworks to the general public and only have organised displays
Fireworks are becoming abused by the public setting them off in close nit areas. back alleys. putting them through peoples letterbox. being hurled at firefighters.attached or thrown at animals or children. terrifying animals to the point some have to be sedated!!!!
