Have a referendum on whether Britain should stay in Europe

Additional Information

Do what the Prime Minister promised to do, Give the electors of this country the right to vote on our membership of the European Union. And ask that the Prime Minister does not repeat his threats to M.P's and allow a free vote so that the Electors can see who is voting for what.
