Make The BBC Pay-per view
the t,v licence is unfair & must be changed.a lot of people don't like or watch the BBC.so why do we all have to pay for it.if you want it you pay for it/if you don't want it then you don't watch it or pay for it.the best way to do this is make the BBC pay per view.
