Change divorce law so financial settlement reflects behaviour in the marriage.
Judges look for a fair settlement, however this does not reflect if both parties were fair during the marriage. If the marriage just mutually breaks down then equally split seems fair, if one breaks the vowes by having affairs or breaks the law, will not support or is violent then they get nothing.
It is not right that people make a living out of destroying other people. If they leave a marriage for someone else it should be down to that new relationship to support that relationship and not the person left behind. Children should always be catered for.
