UK should act to stop Burmese military's campaign of genocide against Rohingya
There overwhelming evidence that the Burmese (Myanmar) military is continuing a horrific campaign of genocide against the ethnic Rohingya population. The UK government should do the right thing by taking the lead and urge the international community to intervene and stop the genocide now.
Many media reports, especially some heart-breaking footage from Sky news recently.
Numerous charities reporting from the refugee camps in Bangladesh hosting almost one million Rohingya refugees. Many eye witness testimonies, bullet wounds, evidence of large scale rape against Rohingya women and large numbers of children suffering trauma and malnutrition.
Clear satellite evidence from humans rights organizations that Rohingya villages are being set alight by Burmese army and local Buddhists.
