Ban sale of fireworks to the general public
Too many incidents involve the public using fireworks incorrectly or maliciously, including harm to people (especially children) and animals. A lot of animals are either injured or killed with fireworks, either physically by the firework or due to the stress caused by the noise.
My proposal is that fireworks are only available to organisers of registered displays and even then only upon receipt of a permit from the local council
