Increase Minimum Wage For Those Under 25 - Giving Everybody Fair And Equal Share
It's acceptable for those in full time jobs to demand a pay raise for their duties. It shouldn't be anything less than acceptable for young people to demand an equal pay to those who are older for doing the same amount of work. Those especially who are in education - The future of the country.
For those who are currently in the stage of deciding how they are going to ultimately contribute to society - Including those who will one day run the country, save lives, provide improved technology and country management for the betterment of living - Employers and governing bodies in control of these decisions could not be any less in favour.
Current Minimum Wage as of April 1st 2017.
Year 25 and over - £7.50
21 to 24 - £7.05
18 to 20 - £5.60
Under 18 - £4.05
Apprentice - £3.50
