Petition Action

To create a chain of accountability for the CMS in their dealings with NRP's.

Petition Details

Forums and parental groups are flooded with stories of NRP suicide due to being pushed to the brink financially by inept CMS procedures. PWC's are also left in limbo due to processes that drag on, and CMS agents who are target driven, not people focussed.

Additional Information

Please look at any website forum, fathers for justice page of facebook posts by thousands of parents destroyed by the CMS and it's ludicrous remit. It is not child centred but rather results driven and target based. Fees and fines are not calculated, just added by whim, and no plausible explanation offered when they are challenged on their actions, if they reply at all.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
