Make the misuse of a disabled parking bay a criminal offence.
It common to find, usually expensive cars using disabled bays without having a right to a Blue Badge.
There are a number of facebook pages dedicated to bad parking which lists hundreds of cars in disabled bays not displaying a blue badge.
