Additional money for the EU during the present negotiations to be conditional
Any money that the government offers beyond the £20 billion being paid during the transisition period, should be conditional on the EU achieving SUFFICIENT PROGRESS in offering the UK a full trade deal that meets our requirements.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure what you mean by "sufficient progress", or how you would like the Government to decide whether sufficient progress has been made.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
