Include animal sentience in EU withdrawal bill
MPs voted on the UK's withdrawal bill on 17th November 2017 regarding EU legislation that will be kept in place after Brexit. MPs voted not to maintain EU legislaton that recognises animals as sentient beings ie. the ability to feel emotions including pain.
