Make cyclists display number plates. They are road users as well.

Petition Details

Cyclists seem to think they are above the law. They should be registered and display a number plate so they can be identified.

Additional Information

I have constantly witnessed them ignoring red lights and not giving way at junctions. If they were to be the cause of and accident they can ride away without being identified.
