Stop credit checks and agent fees on Tennant by property agents. As this contribute to people been homeless.
Stop any renewal fee too.

The Government has just published a draft Tenant Fees Bill that proposes to ban landlords and their agents from asking tenants to pay letting fees and renewal fees, among other measures.
