Animals to be recognised as sentient beings after exit from the European Union
The government have taken a step backwards in Animal welfare and voted no to animals being sietiant beings when we leave the European Union. We are a nation of animal lovers and do not feel the government has acted in a way that speaks for the people of this country regarding this matter.
