The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about the welfare of veterans, but we're not exactly sure what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we're not sure what services you'd like an educational centre to provide for veterans.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking the UK Government and Parliament to fund free education and other services to support veterans to re-enter the work force, if that's what you want to happen.
