Show British people a detailed breakdown of Brexit money to be paid to the EU
Theresa May has offered the EU 40 billion euros. Since EU Commission and British lawyers say we legally don't have to pay the EU anything for Brexit the British people should be shown a detailed breakdown of what this money is for, before any money is paid.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There isn't yet an agreement about exactly how much money the UK might pay the EU as part of its exit from the EU, so we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to commit to publishing a breakdown of the reasons for the amount agreed, once the negotiations about the amount have been completed.
