freeze VAT on energy consumption
as a proprietor of a fish & chip shop the increase from 5% VAT to 20% VAT on energy consumption once we get to a level of useage is a 'business killer' in this current economical climate,we call upon the goverment to abolish this 15% hike as soon as possible
