Remove VAT on sanitary products (Abolish the ‘tampon tax’)
Tampons and other products serving the menstrual cycle should be classified alongside other unavoidable, tax exempt necessities, such as groceries and personal medical items. Feminine hygiene is not a choice. If razors are tax exempt for men, sanitary products should be tax exempt for women.
