Ensure Article 13 of the Lisbon Treaty is enshrined in UK law before Brexit.
On 17th November 2017, MPs rejected an amendment submitted by the Green Party to include the requirements of Article 13 of the Lisbon Treaty within the UK Withdrawal Bill. Article 13 is fundamental to a responsible and caring treatment of our environment and respect for all wildlife.
