Mental health service dogs for parity of treatment for mental health.
Dogs act as assistants for people with physical disabilities. They are protected by the Equality Act (2010) to access all public spaces. I believe the law should cover mental health assistance dogs under the obligation to provide parity of esteem from the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
