Offer a rebate on Stamp Duty for first time buyers who have completed in 2017
I completed a house purchase as a first time buyer on November 20 2017. On November 22 2017 the government announced the abolition of Stamp Duty. In my case my partner and I lost £3,500 and many others are severely out of pocket with this almost meaningless tax and feel we are entitled to a rebate
