Refund Stamp Duty paid by first time buyers who completed in the last 6 months.
Out of the Blue in the 2017 November Budget Philip Hammond scrapped stamp duty for first time buyers buying houses up to 300k. This means buyers completing on the 21st of November would have paid in full and those completing on the 23rd November paying none. Prior warning would have been nice...
