Make the Monday after Remembrance Sunday a bank holiday.
A lot of people like to travel to the Remembrance Sunday parades. Many of these people are ex-service personnel now working for civilian companies, having the Monday off would allow them to travel to London for example or where they spent much of their service life such as Portsmouth & Plymouth
for the Navy and Aldershot for the Army. They would be able to travel with their families and meet with old comrades and the people who are serving now so they can share memories and stories of old friends who are no longer with us and the places they have been and things they have seen.
