Appoint an Ombudsman for the Travel Industry
Had an accident whilst on a Thomson cruise. My incident has been acknowledged, after 11 months no reply has been received.
Registered my case with ABTA who were unable to help as their member refused to use the conciliation scheme, which is voluntary.
An industry this big needs to be accountable
