Unlawful Deportation: of British Citizen

Additional Information

Dear sirs, I am a British Citizen who was (unlawfully), deported by the UKBA, on the 23. 02. 2010.

HM Tribunal and courts service have since been in reciept of (relevant document, going to proof), my British Citizenship.

HM Tribunal and courts service has now (fully), excepted the fact that I am indeed a British Citizen as subject to Parliament, in the UK.

The questions I would ask the UKBA and Home Office, departments dealing with my case is:

1) does the UKBA aim to appeal the decision made by HM Tribunal and courts service, in August 2011, asserting the fact they are in reciept of my British citizenship.

2) What nationality does the UKBA and Home Office has Carl Anthony Cross, as?

3) How long do "one" has to wait to see justice take a proper course and a British citizen is established to a country of which he is a national?
