Reduce FiT (Feed in Tariff) by 50% for rent a roof companies

Additional Information

The current FiT scheme is being misused by `rent a roof` companies as a licence to print money and needs to be reduced; BUT keep the higher FiT level for individuals (not companies) who purchase and install a Solar PV system as an incentive for renewables by individuals.
