Produce an itemized list of costs in the EU Divorce Bill
The House of Lords has declared that the UK has no LEGAL obligation to pay any 'divorce bill' to the EU as a consequence of BREXIT. It is may be acceptable for the UK to pay ongoing charges for schemes which require ongoing funding - for example R&D programs and the European Arrest warrant.
The government is under pressure to pay the EU a massive charge in excess of the £20 billion suggested in the Prime Minister's Florence-Speech.
