Make running over a cat and not reporting it a criminal offence
My cat got hit by a car on Tues eve 28th November 2017. She was left with a broken jaw, deep cut under her chin, blind in her left eye.
Im very devastated that this as happened. The law needs to change so if a cat gets hit by a car it should be reported as a cat is a domestic animal same as a dog
