Petition Action

When selling your house if a offer is made this should be more legal binding

Additional Information

If some one makes a offer on your home they should more legally tied to this and not beable to just change there mind 5 to 8 weeks down the line. Selling houses is a very stressfull time as you do not have any guarantee that you are going to move and are keeped in a state of limbo. I think the purchaser should have a cooling of period of no more then 15 days to get there survey done and mortgage in place after that time if they do not notify the seller that they no longer want to continue with the purchas they would be liable for any costs acquired by the seller and any one else in the chain.
