Empty public buildings used to shelter homeless. End fines and disposal of goods

Petition Details

Al over the country homeless are moved on, fined amd belongings confiscated. No empathy is shown. In the depths of Winter, in a supposedly civilised society and one of the richest countries in the world, how can this treatment of fellow human beings be allowed to continue ?
