U.K. Referendum on the return of Capital punioshment
I call upon Her Majesty's Government to hold a public referendum on the return of Capital punishment for convicted murderers and terrorists.
Members of Parliament are elected by the people to serve the peoples view - and NOT the party line, therefore, the people of the United Kingdom should determine the punishment when a life has illegally been taken.
