Cyclist road legality
If road users such as motorcyclists and cars etc have to abide by law require vehicle duty, mot & insurance, then cyclists should not be able to use roads without the legal requirements other road users have to abide by. With the rise in cycle accidents on the increase, insurance should be a priority, and chargeable road duty would be a welcome contribution to the ever increasing road maintenance.
