No cartoon cereal mascots
While cereal mascots such as Tony the Tiger, the Sugar Puffs monster, etc. are iconic, they have a huge impact on young minds (as advertising often does.)
Most of these cereals are unhealthy, and I personally feel that the boxes should come under very strict guidelines.
No cartoon mascots!
Just the name of the cereal, the basic dietry information, a picture
of what the cereal looks like in a dish and the background colors usually affiliated with said cereal. (E.g. White for Corn Flakes.)
