Maintain access to RBS banking services in Tain
The proposed closure of RBS Tain will cause huge difficulties for customers and small businesses. It will be damaging to our local economy, discriminates against rural and ageing populations who do not have access to suitable broadband for digital banking and will be detrimental to our town centre.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The decision to close branches is a commercial and operational decision for a bank, and not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

You could start a new petition asking the House of Commons to debate the issue of local bank branch closures again, if that's what you want to happen.
