Streamed uninterrupted music from the BBC to digital TV's

We the undersigned would like to petition the government to have the BBC provide a streaming service without interruption by DJ’s or frivolous news (unless in the case of national or international disaster) of both contemporary and classical music that one can also access through our digital televisions and than can provide us with the visual stimulus of a relevant webcam.

And to promote competition could they please licence commercial channels to be able to provide similar ‘musical wallpaper’ by providing a small logo icon advertising slot in the corner of the screen as they do for the channel number? Thank you for your consideration dear government.
