Criminal Justice and the Home Office Circulars adherance

Additional Information

It has been researched that Police services and the CPS are not fully following procedures implemented by the home office circulars which exists. Also that the magistrates courts employees are not checking indictments recieved by the CPS, to make sure the CPS are following the Magistrates court act fully, so to eradicate innocent parties been forced to make a plea. .

There should be an independant legal body implemented to scutinise, the adherance of magistrates court act/home office circular and CPIA rules, to make sure that the police and the CPS act fully to the governed rules towards the criminal justice system.

As there is no independant governed service applicated for the criminal justice system, to fully check, whether the criminal case file pending, has followed all procedures put in place to ensure a rightful indictment.
