Persistent drunk drivers with 3 or more should be banned from driving for life.
Norfolk Police have arrested 57 people in 9 days for driving over the limit.
Too many people are repeat drink driving offenders.

Too many persistent offenders serve a short ban and are then able to reapply for their licences. For those who are clearly never going to learn we need the ultimate sanction. Fines and imprisonment are not enough. A lifetime driving ban will keep the roads safe for the vast majoriry of sensible drivers.
