Everyone should be paid the same in an organisation no matter the age
No matter what business/organisation. Everyone should be treated equally and paid the exact same per hour no matter if they’re 16 or 34, they’re doing the same job and are expected of the same things so they should be paid the same.
No matter if a person is 16 and working as a customer assistant in a retail store or if they’re 34 and doing the same job in the same organisation, they should be paid the same. It is extremely unfair for people to be paid differently if they’re 16/18/21 etc compared with a 24/30 year old as everyone in the store/job are expected of the same work and expectations/quality of service so why is there a different wage per age? The 16 year old does the same hours and work as the 30 year old. It shouldn’t be allowed.
