Ofcom should distribute specrum fairly amoung mobile phone networks. Especially the Three network who did not receive the free 900MHz frequency.
o2 and Vodafone were given 900MHz frequency for free by Ofcom. Three entered the market in 2003 and had spent billions on a 3G licence amoung all the other operators. This year Vodafone and o2 were allowed to transmit 3G services over 900MHz. This is unfair to all the other operators and needs addressing!
