A stolen animal has to be returned to its microchip owner
Our cat went missing 8 months ago and a lack of knowledge by the person who took him asked CPL to see if he was entire
The CPL CHECKED for chip first and found Cat registered to different address. Person is refusing to return Cat when owner turned up. Police won’t enforce. We can’t get him home
