Reduce VAT to at least 15%

Additional Information

Given that growth is sluggish and people are reluctant to spend as they are tightening their belts reducing the VAT to at least 15% or 16% could potentially encourage people to spend therefore increasing growth necessary to enable a good economic recovery!
