Petition Details

Small business owners rely on Royal Mail and the Post Office to send out orders to customers. Increasingly, they are made to feel embarrassed, ashamed and/or guilty for taking their parcels to the Post Office, especially when they've bought the postage online and not paid directly at the counter.
