All UK airports MUST provide 15 minutes free parking to drop off passengers.
It is grossly unfair to charge people to take a couple of cases out of a car boot. It also causes delays as people either have to find change, use a card to pay or download an 'app' on their phone. Free 15 mins parking must be provided within a 5 minute walk of the airport terminal building.
