Prevent prisoners from receiving cosmetic surgery on the NHS
The NHS is currently suffering cuts and losses yet we are still allowing prisoners who commit crimes to receive cosmetic surgery such as gender transplants, breast enlargements and etc. As these are not necessary to health matters, prisoners should not be allowed these surgeries.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Cosmetic surgery and gender reassignment surgery are not the same thing.
