Retain freedom of movement in the UK.
The UK benefits massively from freedom of movement.
UK citizens should not be stripped of their right to free movement within the EU.
EU citizens should be able to move to the UK freely, as before.
Regardless of whether Brexit goes ahead, freedom of movement is an important principle to defend.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK Government can't unilaterally guarantee the freedom of movement for UK citizens in EU member states after the UK leaves the EU.
You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to aim to achieve this agreement in the negotiations for the UK's exit from the EU.
