No NHS treatment for smokers and the obese
Obviously help smokers and the obese live more healthy lives and give them apropriate medical help and reasonable time limits in which to show improvement.
If they refuse then they forfeit they're right to NHS treatment for related illnesses.
You would be giving people "choice" and improving the UK's terrible image for health in europe.
It isn't a scheme to save money for the NHS but to improve people's quality of life.
