all Farming vehicles including huge trailers that can carry enormous weight on the roads , Vehicles having a base or centre in any of the following islands, namely Arran, Bute, Great Cumbrae, Islay, Mull, Tiree or North Uist from which the use of the vehicle on a journey is normally commenced.

MOT exemption , , But considering these people below are deemed better than every one else to look after their vehicles

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The Government has already decided that most vehicles over 40 years old (on a rolling basis) will be exempt from MOT testing from 20 May 2018. We're not sure what additional action you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
